The Palace hotel looked abuzz with activity today as business folks vanned in their personnel and presentation equipment to prepare for tomorrow's Cowen tech Conference opening.
I saw no signs of Huff & co yet, as I briefly watched the activity at the main entrance of the hotel this afternoon, but it's still early and he's not due to present 'til Thursday, so it's doubtful I'd be seeing Huff at this early point.

I did learn that the institution across the street (whose mailroom I frequent) will be attending the conference, and I know that at least one of their personnel is an individual investor in GTE (the word having reached him via my mailroom friends). His institution doesn't usually invest in tech stocks, but GTE may prove to be an exception in their portfolio...we'll see.
