I dont think the long time frame has any indication as to how the judge will rule. She just wants to get it right.

I do believe that with so many items that could rule in favor of Worlds, it will be positive for them.. and with a positive markman, the judge will give both parties a chance to settle this before a trial.

.10.. im ave down when I can.. stupid fidelity just put a 5k cap max shares I can buy at a time. I hope a reverse split will help increase those that can purchase and get this to an exchange that will give them attention.

for once, I believe a reverse split after a positive markman ruling will be a good thing.
