Judge has to rule eventually and I did some digging and really couldnt find any Markman rulings which took more than a year for a ruling from the date of the Markman hearing. So for me I am confident the judge rules in 150 days or less. Also, I think if WDDD's patents were flawed and weak the judge would have ruled quickly to get rid of the little pesky patent troll WDDD. The longer the judge takes the more convinced I become that David is about to topple Goliath and the Judge is really taking her time to get this correct because of how much this could shake up the online multi player game world with her ruling.
