$$$ appear to be needed for the Lafarge site hookup and multi-year proving phase. Bavaria option appears to be (near)fully funded from there upon formal agreement.

Other opportunities for ERC and MRFC may need funds but until another PR clarifies... ALSTOM and others working relations indicate to me that the long term process toward tech implementation is progressing and they plan to fund it in some fashion, whether themselves or with others.
