The future is where we will live. Therefore I appreciate the doors opening for more options than MVTG with ERC has had in the past. It is not wise to cry over spilt milk. The PP people have much to lose as well and yet the investment there still came.

PR's are progress and intent reports from HQ and my how some here complain when enough do not come as often as they wish.

I personally have not done a PP, but I still see evidence of growing value.
