Concrete PR's are better than Forward looking ones... but we need both and I am glad the SEC has minimum requirements for when one is appropriate.

The pilot plant is nearly complete (if not done now) per the last PR. Another one (or two?)is planned or in process per what I read. One is scheduled for Bavaria upon agreement there. HQ has said the Lafarge Pilot Plant will happen at some point.

My take on this situation is that the Lafarge pilot plant install and especially the 12-24 month operation for testing/refinement was so expensive that HQ did not want to waste precious funds on just that site when an almost fully paid for option was available in Bavaria (or elsewhere). While disappointed in the time frame it takes, there is too much we do not know behind the scenes for me to second-guess the decision by HQ. Time will tell.

Much has happened in the last 24 months, mostly good progress documented in DD and PRs. Also, there are several outlined by HQ opportunities to explore long-range. Almost all of the additional funds during this time did not come from retail sales but from private placements (sophisticated investors) who knew the risks and move forward on the DD. I do not see them complaining here on IHUB or anywhere else.

I knew there were risks and times of waiting. Sucker? Never! It has and will payoff for me. My first shares were at $ .34. The same is hoped for all of you out there. Our earth needs green solutions, and MVTG offers some. May the Creator so bless its coming and our joy in so participating.
