Yeah, I can see where you are coming from.
These guys usually have a plan from what I see. No reason to think any differently about the events currently unfolding.
But then that same characteristic would only go to reenforce the validity of the no R/S stance taken previously by Vanis. Did he feel confident in making that assertion on more than one occasion because he knows it is not in the master plan...? Does he know already how they intend to effect the uplist?
I would think so as that would be consistent with their management style. Plan the job and work the plan ...

At the end of the day we all know things can and do change in pennyland.

I don't usually bring up the R/S topic simply because to this point management has stated more than once it is not in the cards. They seem to do as they say, imo.

However, I also know if used to support a successful uplisting an R/S can be a positive thing..
