I guess this is up for debate of which only time will tell. I certainly feel he is going about things with shareholders in mind and taking advantage of an opportunity that is currently presenting itself, but I can't say if the Avanzar deal is or is not a good deal right now. Isn't it funny though how these "opportunities" just presented themselves after the fact they determined they needed to check off shareholder equity to get to Big boards. This is exactly why I am confident (IMO) that after it is taken care of than they will turn their attention to PPS and do what ever necessary to check that box as well. These guys want institutional money and I don't have the same warm feeling many of you have about how Vanis respects us too much not to crush us to get this. Again, just my opinion, but I think we are seeing this opinion felt by many and this is why the volume has dried up.
