3000 improperly labled boxes

The brownie sleeves and the display boxes that DEWM is using to "save cost" don't meet FDA labeling requirements, because they don't show the hemp protein content on the label.

Moran tried to BS the crowd by saying that the amount of protein was too loo to matter, but that is contradicted by the fact that the FDA says that ALL ingredients must be listed, no matter what, and the additional fact that DEWM highlights the fact that hemp protein is an ingredient. From the Kush Cakes site:

All Kush Cakes are made with premium Nutiva hemp protein.

Dewmar could have addressed the issue by applying stickers to the boxes and sleeves, but that would have added cost, and IMO, it doesn't have the money.

Until the company provides financials, that "low cash" opinion is just as valid as any other.
