Yippy received a worldwide unlimited perpetual license for the Velocity platform in its acquisition of Clusty with the right to redistribute.

Can you imagine if Oracle bought Sun and Sun had entered into an agreement with another 3rd party company giving that third party company the right to distribute Java as well.
