It's also important to remember that Pinks don't file 10-Ks or 10-Qs. Those are for SEC filers only.
The company I am referring to is SCRC. They have historically always filed their K's and Q's, sometimes filing NT's for extra time, but always getting it filed within that extra 15 day window. The year-ending 2014 10K is the first time that they filed an NT but still failed to file, and we are now well past the extended 4/15/15 deadline w/still no 10K. As such, I am not clear how SCRC would not be an SEC filer even though it is listed on the OTC as a "Pink Limited Info" entity? What am I not getting here? Thanks again!
