Bottom Line > Here is what every company on the pinks needs to understand if they choose to either have their stock promoted or have it manipulated in price in order to sell off shares and dump on investors and shareholders by Artificially inflating their share price and sometimes making millions of dollars while diluting their shareholders while they laugh all the way to the bank, then they better be able to take the heat that comes with it and if they can't take it they need to get out of the kitchen (or business) so to speak. Only traders taking a loss get agitated, while these individuals with these companies are making bank and could care less about shareholders.

Have you spoken with "Anyone" at the company, or has anyone else here. Have you or anyone else spoken with T/A. Does anyone know the share count, NOPE. Their filing is "LATE" gee, i wonder why, is it to get the share price from subpenny range so they can DILUTE which is Very Obvious at this point.

I should use the term Pump and Dump possibly instead of a Scam, they pump up the price then they dump it on shareholders.

I just Trade and force no one to do anything because my opinions are my own along with my trading strategies and others can post whatever links they want but in the end that's the beauty of a penny stock on the pinks, how many of them are real or doesn't dilute, or is not selling convertible notes or is not ran out of grandma's basement or is not shady as an oak tree.

Sometimes it doesn't even take 2 minutes to "DD" one.

Do you think I would be posting "DD" like this on a nasdaq or blue chip stock, of course not.

Show me how many of these companies on the pinks have uplisted to the nasdaq or nyse and i'll show you a statistic of how many that have rinsed repeated and did a ticker change just in the past 3 months.
