This company isn't a scam. What makes you think that? The company is legit and has revenue. I'd say that's a base hit to begin with. One day MagicJack which trades at nearly $7.00 may get tired of netTalk competition and decide to buy them out. It's a possibility or a merger is another.

Ok the company is making money each month, has debt it needs to pay off each month get back on track; get back to +.15 - .30.

Debt is paid off company has nice positive cash flow - bell opens, we're trading above a dollar on the OTC. Possibly upgrading to the QX tier. Why not?
