The test results are what they are. If Savi meets the threshold that the Chinese are looking for Flying Glob wires the money to Savi for the down payment on the first order immediately. The money is already in escrow. This deal is going down whether the government is involved or not, it would just be more productive to have them subsidizing the purchase of the DynoValves.
