So let's a say company trading on the same exact exchange is not a SEC filer, but they stay current on OTCMarkets... they can go unsuspended and trade freely like XCLK is right now.

But because XCLK is holding themselves to a higher standard and are reporting to the SEC, they have a chance to be suspended and/or revoked even thought it's trading next to a bunch of companies on the same exchange that haven't filed a single report to the SEC in years?

I call shenanigans. If anything, they will just de-register with the SEC and do alternative filing with the rest pink world and we will keep trading just fine, like we are today...

No reason to be scared here, they only send the real stinky crap to the greys, not a company as active and transparent as XCLK, who have legit agreements with a superpac in the form of an 8-k...
