Yea I've noticed that as well... Ameritrade is usually slow on the updates of their share counts for penny stocks, best bet is to follow the stock closely (like we are) and do the math yourself.

To be more precise we are at a 2.6 billion O/S at .0011 that's a $2.86 million market cap
