IMHO, They didn't take the buyout a year ago mostlike because the offer was laughable...They know what they have and they have put a high value on the tech. I'd also like to think that it isn't dilution keeping us down but the 2 and 3 point flippers. This can only be proven though when financials get release hopefully soon than later.
