Paiv should and must sue Ameritrade ... it's only common sens
in 1 day the stock lost 95% of his value due to negligence ! then a Bona Fidi explanation is not enough . the action was followed by a total discredit, allowing flippers,sharks and day traders making a killing overnight while some "long" were allowed just to watch the unfolding fiasco ...
They need to sue AT ASAP .. to regain some kind of dignity here ...
