Or shareholders win with less dilution and solid cash flow? Just a thought. Plus we'll find out more about IVXX when Q1 financials come out.

I'll laugh if it turns out that IVXX is a for profit company complying with non-profit rules in CA, meaning they can turn around and make a killing in dispensaries in Nevada and New York if approved. Just my opinion.
