Yes so, all money keeps going back into IVXX,LLC and never to its only shareholder TRTC. So, in other words, TRTC won't see a dime from IVXX, LLC, But DP and gang will certainly be taking salaries for being officers of IVXX, LLC. DP and gang win, TRTC and shareholders lose.
