Similar result of a stock split, the overall valuation remains the same following a reverse stock split (RSS).

- For those of us that already own shares, is there any negative impact of a RSS?
- The negative for those that do not own or want to buy more is they won't be able to buy as many as the PPS will increase by the multiple.
- Is there justification not to buy more shares near-term if we believe an RSS is imminent?
- Do I understand the implication of an RSS correctly?
