Well, it IS a significantly red day for biotech and smallcaps-- e.g., look at XBI biotech etf.... down looking to test its 100dma, well below the 50dma.

MEIP will likely zoom back up when money comes back into biotech.

Meanwhile, geez, it looks like all the money going into biotech is going into trading PTBI today-- already nearly 24M shares traded and it only has 20M shares outstanding and a float somewhere under 2M!!!
