Yes, you read that right. When HHSE went public in 2010, HHSE (TDGI) inherited Outstanding Shares of 10 Billion. In a major victory for all HHSE shareholders (including the 2 largest shareholders, HHSE CEO & CFO) the O/S today stands at 800 Million.



WRONG - the O/S was never ever 10 Billion.

Big difference between A/S and O/S

Truth is the O/S has never been higher.
