Yes, you read that right. When HHSE went public in 2010, HHSE (TDGI) inherited Outstanding Shares of 10 Billion. In a major victory for all HHSE shareholders (including the 2 largest shareholders, HHSE CEO & CFO) the O/S today stands at 800 Million.

Was there a big battle between HHSE Shareholders and Management? Nope. All it took was a couple HHSE shareholders requests. HHSE Management agreed the O/S was absurd and not necessary and voluntarily lowered the O/S.
