well said jf...

trusting that Huff and crew have their eyes on the big picture here, which they can clearly see...all we see are little pieces of the puzzle....he wouldn't add 67% to the A/S total if he didn't think it was neccessary...alot can happen between now and the next time a proxy comes up...only makes sense to have the shares on hand if we need them...don't understand all the naysayers here...i'm voting yes 24,000 times...
