Absolutely right kb and thanks for the informative post as always! Last week's biotech selloff hit us extra hard and so it seems that CARA is being punished for being a one-off spec play with upcoming binary events? Hmm.

I admit I really don't understand why the market consensus of CARA is what it is given that many far less-promising bios have had tremendous runs this past year. Either CARA is still an undiscovered gem or the market is pricing in too much risk. I mean they are trading at 4X cash with no debt and a product candidate with almost unlimited potential!

So we sit and wait knowing that we hold something very precious in CARA. As tempting as it was to take profits after last week's run I didn't have the heart because I know we're on the verge achieving some truly amazing things with CR845. You are right CR845 could be much closer to market than many biotech investors even realize, the possibility for fast-track FDA approval after phase 3 trials is very real here. America needs this drug and they need it now!
