I guess their market is really for US homes at the moment so 110V will be the sweet spot but no reason why you couldn't drive 240V easily at low ampage.
The real test will be - can it power an A/C unit and some electric outlets (TV, refrigerator and lights) that is all they have to achieve.
This is a pure marketing and volume manufacturing and nothing new technology wise but could start to see them being installed and hence opens up the market for others to follow.
No doubt we will see a video of a lab home unit from Mantra next year.
