Baloney. No promotion done by anyone for BAYP. Big deal a few Twitter posts were done. This is the latest BAYP news.

The JFK deal was never touted anywhere on BYSD. BYSD has never mentioned JFK once in its IHUB room over many years. The fact that that poster gave out ideas about trades on any stocks is a good thing to say about his recommendations.If he supposedly told all to buy BYSD at the time he said it, then you would have made 1500%. Great tip !

5 million and only 45k raised? Baloney. The Form D is April 15, 2015 and the internet report is April 20, 2015. That measn he just raised 45k in a few days. The Form D is open for at least one year. Five million for a JV with BAYP? That would be fantastic.

Total baloney about Eurospeed/EGCO. Shainberg was the CEO of ICT Technologies from 1999 to 2005, when he sold all his rights, stock and interest to that company. During that time period, the stock did great, the company had 3 million in revenues at the time he left, and the stock was OTCBB listed. It was ten years later that the company stopped filing and was placed into the greys. To associate Shainberg to this company TEN YEARS after he left is nonsense.

Here is that expert and guru speaking in front of major people in the industry. Glad to have people of that caliber aborad BAYP. Who cares who introduced him to BAYP. It is to the benefit of BAYP and anyone else to have such people on board.
