The actual price was over $300,000 and is reflected in a 2004 purchase contract. The municipal tax evaluation, without any tanks or piping, is well over $300,000. Those tanks would cost you several million to construct today. These records do not state anything about tanks. They state 'buildings' and that means the stone garage type structures.

According to JFK executives, the two independent appraisals done at these sites were in 2004 at 2 million, and in 2010 at substantially higher numbers.

The above post does not reflect the correct facts. On Page 141 you do not see JFK. You see Tri-State Oil. They were the company that sold the property to JFK. Later, it seems, a family transfer took place.
