Appears to have been a Sheriff's sale back in 2004. see page 141

Oddly The deed shows a sales price of $10,000 for the property in 2013. but tax value is much higher - like $300k (2 lots).
Maybe Laryssa sold it back to Joshua or something - as she was supposedly the deed owner when the EMLL deal was being done a few years ago.
