Heddle is doing what he's mandated to do by the SEC. If he elects not to say anything about operations its his right. As long as PTOI submits its material events and quarterly filings, they are in compliance.




Many refineries across the nation halted operations due to below freezing temperatures. Daily operations arent necessarily material events.
