Look at it this way. You have a couple of possible scenarios.
One - NEAH is making deals on Formira and Battery combos and the DRDO is on the cusp of making a 15 million dollar licensing contract with them, they will use that to power subs and wearable smart weapons. The deal with Tectonica is another venue for the same tech. BASF is building a Formic Acid plant in the US for formira powered vehicles and Drones....all this and the stock price is sub-penny.
or
Two - nothing is happening they can't sell squat, can't manufacture it if they did sell something. The DRDO isn't making a deal with them, they can't make the Formira power a drone, or a sub, or a phone. They can't even hand make one to demonstrate. All this and the stock price is sub-penny.
The only FACT in all of this is that the stock price is sub-penny. Which scenario more closely matches with the stock price being sub-penny ?
