First lets start out with "TODAY IS SATURDAY" so no matter what anyone posts here is going to have much immediate sway in PPS. Good day for open point of view, good or bad.

Have to give you much credit for putting much thought into your postings on the situation and events that have occurred with this company. I also put time into following this company but more importantly the SECTOR that it is in. Almost got financially clipped when just before buying in news of the R/S came out so I backed off. So the only skin I have in the company was a lot of my time and will probably spend more time now just to see how things ACTUALLY pan out.

Anyway this is what I see so far since that announced R/S last year.
Previous management in an attempt to take large market share way over extended itself and put the company in a deep hole $$$ wise (technically bankrupt).
That forced the R/S to be done and the forced change in management.
Mr Dan was hired because of his reputation and connections. Notably that he could get needed funds ($40M+) at that time. Which he did do and it caused a spike in PPS when made official with the news release but no one should have been surprised. But I view Mr Dan's "JOB" here and the reason he was hired is to "SAVE THE COMPANY". Please note that "SAVE THE COMPANY" does not have any real connection to saving shareholders. The issuance of WARRANTS and OPTIONS was a real nice touch at this time (LOL). Lot of people thought that the PPS would not drop below $.75 because of the OPTIONS - then later not below $.45 because of the warrants. After the R/S the low so far is $.2703 I believe. Now these WARRANTS and OPTIONS are viewed as a BIG incentive for management to turn things around and get themselves rewarded for doing a great job. Way I see that currently as camouflage to give shareholders confidence , thereby keeping a market for shares at a price higher than what otherwise might be had for current and future issuance of shares.
Management usually ALWAYS finds a way to reward themselves. Even if they BANKRUPT a company.
What you are missing in all your calculations is "WHAT" Mr Dan is going to be doing to "SAVE THE COMPANY" . May most likely involve a large scale down , sale of some assets, etc etc to get to that business model you speak of. How low does he have to go to get there ? And then work up from there? Even with that $41M loan he is working on a tight string that could snap if something goes not as planned and then whatever is left of the company ALL goes to the lenders (which may be the real plan, IDK).

Could go ON and ON but we both have our speculative views here. REALITY is that we both can only sit a WAIT to see what comes.
