I don't understand why this would ever fall below 45 cents... 41 mil was handed over and they don't get their 5 mil in interest for 18 months. The warrants are a very big part of the deal IMO. I see that as the absolute low here...for me I will be eagerly awaiting Q1 numbers as all I want to see is rev improvement. With that as a base, Dan will cut costs and make the business model more efficient. Why do you think 2 mil in options vest immediately? This will be a dramatic fix and sale to Big T inside of 28 months. If done right Dan can bank hundreds of millions. I think we get back to a high single digit PPS inside of 18 months and an outright sale in that 16-18 dollar range 12 months after that !!
