when i look deeply into the quarterly numbers that have been released, as recommended, i have to admit, i don't see things to make me feel too good.
i see an isolated contract for a low-price product that can only really be sold to very large organisations if it is to make sense.
i see the erosion of long term sources of revenue.
i see no obvious or substantial pattern of growth amongst new customers.
i see substantial losses and a company that still purchases its sales at a very high cost.
i see 10 months since vsc 2.0 was released and no material orders to announce.
solms owns the safe harbour and he can talk a good game from in there. he can describe a "large" order and avoid use of the word "material". but the current numbers are what they are.
if they improve, they must disclose it. and then wave will have turned a corner. but they have not improved so much at this point. if at all. indeed, rather the opposite on the revenue side.
wave still looks very much a dilution stage business.
