Great dd. you can count on AVXL being acquired by a larger firm the second these patents are filed. Imo it is this reason there hasnt been a buyout yet. There could be a buyout just based on their other molecules alone, however nobody wantes to deal with a potential litigation. Even tho AVXL will no doubt secure the patents, people shit the bed once they find out theydont have them yet- hence the pps. AVXL is securely funded for a while so no rush. I would like to see insiders buying the stock up like crazy. Thats will be a hint as to a patent filing and buyout. Right now this is a steal.
