"and conventional uninhabited air vehicles"...I haven't noticed Sanswire described in this way previously. What would "conventional" mean exactly, I wonder. Would Air Dragon be considered conventional?...not in my opinion, but it depends on how they're defining conventional. Perhaps the Invader via Delta AeroSpace is considered more conventional?

Perhaps this corresponds with bringing Eric Heininger onboard Sanswire:
