Not saying that someones occupation is the only factor...

You say that, but then all you say is about his credibility. Truth of the matter is. no one can disprove anything FREDERIC LAMBERT said in his article:

In this video Max claims that Saleen managed to increase the range of the Model S, but when asked what the range of the car actually is, he could only answer “250 miles or 350 miles… I’m not sure”. How can someone claim to have increased the range of a car that he doesn’t even know the range of? After contacting Saleen’s PR department about this issue, they made the following comment:

“We (including our representatives) have not yet released any statistics on our FOURSIXTEEN.”

Saleen's rep clearly lied about this. And to further prove this, the video was since made private after the publishing of the article. Clearly someone didn't want that video public.

No one can effectively disprove this.

Steve Saleen said to USA TODAY that he “regeared [the car] for quicker acceleration” which should result in a “up to three-tenths of a second faster” zero to 60mph time.

8 months later Saleen has yet to release any performance statistic on the vehicle. Pretty much proving the author's point.

Same thing about the MRSP. In the video, the Saleen employee clearly stated the MRSP then Saleen deny it the next day.

The warranty claim is clear. No one is saying Tesla can void the warranty without cause, but they can easily claim any defect is due to the modification since the car is software heavy and rely on algorithms. If inputs are wrongfully altered , the algorithms' output will be flawed. This can easily damaged the most important and arguably fragile part of the car; the battery.
