great-grape-ape, I assure you with CERTAINTY nufced has involved herself directly with John Martin and Bill Frizzell. She has been busted in the past for supporting other "legal teams" that have turned out to be nothing more than dishonest ambulance chasers used by corrupt CEOs to give the appearance of trying to right past wrongs. Case in point, MPTT. CEO Hurley Reed hired George Grumley (a law firm partner like Glenn) to protest the loss of MPTT's only asset, a Vegas timeshare property sold at a foreclosure auction. nufced, an avid MPTT pumper (29,000+ posts lol), contacted George Grumley and offered her assistance, and where she did research for him against the successful bidder. She attended court hearings, just like here, and was identified by name in one of Grumley's court filings. MPTT lost the auction appeal, and George Grumley was later successfully sued by CEO Hurley Reed for lying about claimed case facts, most likely presented in court under oath. You can bet nufced is hardwired into Frizzell and Martin, that is part of her shtick with these scams, be an "active supporter" for the shareholders and the good cause lmao.
