I'm pretty certain they got audited financials for the benefit of their customers, not to do an uplist of the stock. Remember Bob telling us they needed to be listed on NASD for sales with a higher price? That didn't happen but the sales definitely did.

Seeing as how Virtra is anti shareholder I expect them to remain on the pinks indefinitely. As long as they can generate the sales volume they have been doing I do not see any reason why they would want to do the uplist. That's for the benefit of shareholders, something Virtra ignores.
