Davidam, thank you for your reply! In terms of the acquisition of Pasta Italina, it seems like this is maybe a done deal. I saw mention of the issuance of more shares (10 million? - I'm a little fuzzy on that yet), but I also saw this in the 10Q.

"As we seek to increase our sales of perishables, . . . and if the option to purchase the pasta company is exercised, we may use existing cash reserves, long-term financing, or other means to finance such diversification."

Am I correct in saying that the $207k and change stated in the 10Q is related to the acquisition of Pasta Ital.? Also, do you have any link to more info. on Pasta Ital.?
