Its very simple, DILUTION is bad no matter how you look at it. If you say anything different your credibility is suspect. is this a very bad thing here, no, they have not sold any much less have them in hand. Its not good for investors return on investment, but I think stock price will go up as they give out progress reports and slowely dilute.
