Mr. Michael A. Chernine is the President at LandBaron Investments. He began in 1988 in the customer service department of Nevada Title Company, where he was responsible for researching property ownership, mapping, and recorded documents. I think the Articles of Organization was to secure the Name and begin the process. I also think a Statement of Conversion if necessary in Nevada for the Articles of Incorporation that will go along with the FINRA filings.
