The main fact about Wave in my view is that it is still a dilution stage company. And the 10k seems to indicate it is likely to remain so during 2015.

Heck, even awk appears to be exiting the stock.

They ask more of shareholders than a normal human level of patience in return only for uncertainty of outcome. They try to convert uncertainty into hope but that is a pitiless condition over the long term.

We've now reached almost 10 months since VSC 2.0 was launched and still nothing much more than hope from the unsafe harbour.
