I did think of that. ....... But it does not make sense. ....... An ongoing business with product and revenue - - - that wants to be public - - - - - would not need a one-time profit of FIVE FIGURES. ....... Even the high five figures ( say $99,999 ? )
One and done ( the profit ) - - - - whereas the business s/b generating similar revenue on an ongoing basis . . . . over and over again.
AND SUDDENLY - - - - they have no further desire to be a public-stock company ( which is prestigious, with a US Listing no less )
WHAT YOU SAY MAKES 100% SENSE - - - - but I cannot make all the pieces and parts add up to a sensible whole idea.
If they do re-sell the shell, existing shareholders get the shaft, that's for sure.
