I don't think its a scam. I think the yacht company bought the shell and is reselling for a profit now. From my research it looks like there is a market now for shells. Buying and selling so if someone buys a shell say for 20K and cleans up the books and does their filings and is in good standings they can now sell the shell for say 80K and make a HUGE profit.
