My concern is that by having so many outstanding shares, is that even when NEOM starts to make money the share price won't go up that much because of the huge amount of shares.
The only solution I see is for NEOM to make tons of money so that they can buy back shares to get the P/E ratio at a reasonable level.
If that doesn't happen I don't see how the share price is going to go up.
Having said all of that, I don't see alot of other options at this point for the company. I believe that the large gorillas have passed on NEOM, and that is how the new "super company" strategy was born.
