mide: This company could have been an initial outside contractor paid by GTE for prototyping, initial construction of Sans I etc. Now it appears that GTE , along with NASA engineers (Jones et al ) are doing the total Sans II airship, possibly with their help. Appears that GTE is owner as "The project was later taken over by NASA engineers and moved to better facilities in Palmdale, CA. The vehicle is scheduled to begin flight testing at Edwards AFB in June of 2006." JMO from the read. But it is quite interesting.
