Again with the 10-k! It's causing more concern than it should...

I just posted below, i'll copy and paste here:

What's the big deal about the delinquent 10k?

"Our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014 was not timely filed and was not filed within the applicable extension period. Due to some complex financial disclosure issues, we have been unable to provide an audited annual financial statement in a timely manner. We are working diligently to complete our annual report."

What's your take on it?

I can tell you mine, since I used to be an auditor and am a CPA. Financial Disclosures can be tricky and many guidelines are set forth to report certain items appropriately. We can only speculate as to which disclosure is being scrutinized. My best guess is that it's the subsequent events where material actions have been taken that would materially affect the operations of the business going forward.

Wouldn't be a stretch to think that something w/ the VFH and influx of business was part of it. Or even the divestiture of co-signor. Maybe they were waiting to do the 8-k on the divestiture.

Lots of things going on with this company, happens all the time. Doesn't mean they are just sitting around letting this get delinquent for shiz n giggles

IF ANYTHING this should be a great reason for speculation. Unfortunately many in this market are unsavvy. Imagine, they said there are COMPLEX FINANCIAL DISCLOSURES that are delaying this. It's a microcap company with complex financial disclosures!?!?!

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THE THE HELL THIS MEANS? In my eyes it's a good thing, there are things happening here that aren't normal, given the recent developments there is fine wording and presentation of financials that need work...

So everyone, chill out with this late 10-k thing. In my opinion, it's a GOOD thing.
