They truly need to do $365 million at retail to achieve that goal. Here's another way to look at it (assuming MSLP realizes 60% of the retail price):

They need 2.2 million customers to spend $165 retail on average this year to hit that goal.

Or they need 1 million customers to spend $365 retail on average.



$165 = roughly 2 x 4 lb. combat powder, 2 x 30 serving container of Assault, and 1 box of combat crunch.

$365 = roughly 4 x 4 lb combat powder, 4 containers of assault and 2 boxes of combat crunch


Obviously they have many more products than the 3 that I used in my calculations. They also may have a different ASP than the current bodybuilding.com price that I used.

Regardless, they need to do about $365 million dollars at retail to hit their $220 million revenue number. Therefore, I see anything less than $55 million in Q1 revenue as a huge red flag.
